 Aluminum Silicate Products(Ceramic fiber)

Anrti-high temperature fiber was originated from USA in 1940s and grown up in China in 1970s .
Rely on abundant porcelain clay and time distributed electric power, Aluminum Silicate fiber is made by high-temperature melt-off system.
For the past decades, Aluninum Silicate products can meet international standards on quality,sorts and price.
The content of Al2O3 is 45~55%, filament diameter is 2~5um,length is 30~250mm.
This product can be divided into three kinds according to different chemistry materials and working temperature:
1.Standard type,working temperature is 1000ºC.
2.High Aluminum type, working temperature is 1250ºC.
3.High Zirconium type,working temperature is 1350ºC, ZrO2≥39%.
Besides, we also can supply:
1. Ceramic Fiber.
2.Ceramic needled mat in roll with thickness from 6mm to 24mm.
