Product Description

Fiberglass Needled Mat
Fiberglass needled mat was started in China since 2004; we participated in the establishment of standard for this product. It is made by E glass fiber in 8cm length and puffed, carded and then needled, so it was named fiberglass needled mat.The density of finished product is 96kg/m3~160kg/m3, thickness is 3mm~24mm, width is 1m or 2m, we can also cut it into certain width for delivery. This mat is good at heat preservation and sound absorption. As usual, one 40'HQ can load around 9tons. Meanwhile, we can process extension products as per clients' requirement, which is as follows:

1. Combined with black fiberglass fabric or aluminum foil on one side of fiberglass needled mat, which is done as per France's clients' requirement.
2. In order to increase tensile strength on warp and weft of needled mat, we make twice weaving in "herringbone" way by fiberglass yarn
3. Coated with neoprene or silicone rubber on one side of needled mat
4. High silica needled mat, which is stitched by high silica roving with SiO2>96%.
