Our Iron Oxide Yellow Coated Fire-Proof Fiberglass Fabric is a high-quality material designed to provide exceptional protection and insulation in welding and heat-intensive environments. With its enhanced temperature tolerance of up to 1000ºC, this fabric is perfect for ensuring safety and peace of mind.
The fabric is made using a special process that involves coating the surface of the fiberglass fabric with natural iron oxide yellow powder. This coating, with a melting point of ≥1500ºC, significantly enhances the fabric's ability to withstand high temperatures. Additionally, the fabric can be coated with a 7um aluminum foil on one side, further improving its thermal reflective and sealing properties.
With a width ranging from 1m to 2m and a length of 50-250m per roll, our Iron Oxide Yellow Coated Fire-Proof Fiberglass Fabric offers versatility and convenience. The fabric has an area weight ranging from 500g to 2000g per square meter and a thickness ranging from 0.5mm to 2.5mm, ensuring durability and reliability.
For added heat reflection and sealing capabilities, the fabric can be covered with a 7um aluminum foil. This feature enhances the fabric's ability to reflect heat and provides an additional layer of protection.
It is generally used as welding protective and heat insulation materials. Our researchers use the natural iron oxide yellow powder coatings (melting point ≥1500ºC) on the surface of fiberglass fabric to enhance the temperature tolerance of fabric up to 1000ºC. It can also be coated with 7um aluminum foil on one side, to increase the properties of thermal reflective and sealing.Width | : 1m-2m |
