The finished product has two layers, outer diameter is 2.58 inches, inside diameter is 1.75 inches and the height of it is 1.875 inches. It is an elastic washer, so the thickness of it can be rebound after press the height to 15 mm. Although the finished products are small, it needs nine processes and two molds to produce.
