Herringbone Stitched Needle mat

Our needle mat can be stitched by polyester thread twice in herringbone type to enhance the tensile strength and compactness. This type of needle mat used to process for several German clients.

Specification: 160kg/m³, 6mm * 1m * 30m/roll

The glass needled mat is made of glass roving cut into 8cm length and is mechanically loosened and carted.without binder .It is ideal material for heat preservation and sound absorption. We have exported it to Italy, Canada, etc. As to loading, one 40'HQ can load 315 rolls 160kg/m³ mat, with size 6mm x 1m x 30m/roll.

Density: 96kg/m3, 128kg/m³, 160kg/m³, 200kg/m³
