According to customer requirements, we cut the PE roll with straight rib on one side and mini rib on the other side into slice, then make various sizes of PE envelop type separator with mini rib outer and straighti rib inner by twice hot pressing.
Big rib amount: 29 ribs; Rib distance: 4.6mm; Base thickness: 0.25mm
Thickness with rib: ≥1.2mm
It can also be inserted glass mat according to customer's request.
Glass mat thickness: 0.3mm/0.5mm
Glass mat width: 140mm/142mm
Total thickness with glass mat: 1.4mm (10kpa)/1.6mm (10kpa)
