Carbon Thin Tissue
Nickel-plated carbon fiber is a kind of high-conductivity lightweight fiber material obtained after surface metallization, its electrical conductivity is greatly improved, while still maintaining the original mechanical strength of carbon fiber. Compared with ordinary carbon fiber electrical conductivity is improved by about ten times, compared with gold material weight reduction of 50%-80%.
Excellent electrical conductivity and electromagnetic shielding properties make nickel-plated carbon fiber an indispensable material in electromagnetic shielding, heating cables and other fields. By combining with the resin system made of electromagnetic shielding components, electronic components can be effectively protected.
Nickel-plated carbon fiber can improve the wettability between carbon fiber and metal matrix, increase the interface bonding strength of metal matrix composite (MMC), reduce the coefficient of thermal expansion, and improve the dimensional stability.
