Product Description

This High Temperature Resistance Polyimide Needed Mat is made of polyimide fibers that are mechanically loosened, carded, felted, and needled into shape. With a thickness ranging from 1 to 25mm, it offers exceptional high and low temperature resistance, refractory properties, electrical insulation, and radiation resistance. This makes it an ideal choice for various industrial applications, including iron and steel blast furnace gas purification, calcium carbide furnace dust collection, coal-fired boilers in power stations, and urban waste incinerators.

 

Filtration Performance

• Continuous use under temperatures up to 260ºC
• Instantaneous temperature resistance up to 280ºC (less than 200 hours per year)
• Water vapor volume ratio (Vol) less than 35%
• Recommended volume specific content of oxygen (Vol) and nitrogen oxide (NOX) in flue gas: less than 16% and 600mg/Nm³
