Twill woven roving
The woven roving is made of fiberglass non-twist roving in the weaving way of 1/2twill, 1/3twill ,which area weight is the same as the regular woven roving .
The woven roving is made of fiberglass non-twist roving in the weaving way of 1/1 plain, 1/2twill, 1/3twill or 2/2double warp and weft, which is the basic material of the FRP products.
Area weight: 200g/m2, 300g/m2, 400g/m2, 500g/m2, 600g/m2 or 800g/m2
Width: 1m, 1.04m, 1.27m, 2.5m, 3.2m, 4m or cut to be 100~600mm
Roll weight: 50kg or 80kg, or big rolls as clients' requirements
Delivery: carton and pallet
In addition, we can stitch chopped strands on the back of it as combo mat.
Woven Roving Combo Mat
This combo mat is woven roving and chopped strands weaved by spun polyester sewing thread. It is suitable to making FRP sheet with high strength and thickness, like high-speed train sheet, yacht sheet, cool container's sheet. Width: 1.27m or 2.54m
