End-to-end Fiberglass SMC Roving For Car Body Using

It is fiberglass roving made in the furnace, which is used as the reinforced yarn in making SMC sheet. The fiber is well-proportioned when mold to SMC and it can be compatible with resin well. It also has good stiffness, so it is easily for cutting. We can make the yarn every 48bobbins or 64bobbins per pallet, then use the knot method of two spindles end to end. This knot will not hurt the knife, which is convenient for industrialized production.

Roving density:2400tex or 4800tex
Sizing: Silane, which can compatible with epoxy and polyester resin well.
Packing: One 20' container can load 20 pallets, around 19.6 tons.
