Packaging & Storage
Each chopped strand mat is wound onto a paper tube which has an inside diameter of 79mm,90mm or 106mm, the products can be made in 200m/roll, 300m/roll or 500m/roll according to customers request, wrapped up with plastic film, and then be packed in a cardboard box or wrapped up with kraft paper. The rolls can be vertically or horizontally placed. The rolls can be loaded into a container directly or on pallets.
Unless otherwise specified, E-glass chopped strand mat should be stored in a dry, cool and rain-proof area. It is recommended that the temperature and humidity should be always maintained at 15ºC ~ 35ºC and 35% ~ 65% respectively. To ensure safety and avoid damage to the product, the pallets should not be stacked more than two layers. Any package without pallet should not be stacked horizontally more than four layers.
