The finished product is white crystalline powder of non-toxic which soluble in benzene but insoluble in water and alcohol. It has good compatibility with resin. Since the characteristics of low volatility, resistance to extraction, non- pollution and non- discoloring, it acts an excellent processing stabilizer, which can effectively prevent the thermal degradation of polymers (PE, PP etc.) during extrusion and injection molding, and also keep the original mechanical properties and aging resistance of the polymer. As an excellent phosphate ester antioxidant, it has strong extraction resistance, stable to hydrolysis, and can significantly improve the light stability of products. It can be used in combination with varieties of phenols antioxidants.
 As secondary antioxidant, The phosphate ester in the component has a significant antioxidant effect on the thermal processing of the product. Compounded with the primary antioxidant ANOX-1010 or 1076, it has a good synergistic effect and used in engineering plastics, such as: PE, PP, PVC, PS, polyamide, polycarbonate, ABS to inhibit thermal degradation in the process of injection molding, giving the polymer additional long-term protection. In addition, it can also be used in polymer materials such as polyhydrocarbons, styrene monomers, copolymers, elastomers and adhesives.
